Receptionist Spa (H/F)The main duties are:
- Welcome our Spa Clients warmly according to the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts spirit
- Introduce our Spa services to our Clients
- Take reservations from our Clients by email and phone, taking care of them from the first contact
- Make additional sales according to our upselling methods
- Build sincere relationships and anticipate the best to meet our Clients' expectations and needs
We encourage initiative and lateral service: you will occupy a versatile, evolving, and rewarding position.
To join us and thrive in this role:
- You have successful experience as a Receptionist in a Luxury Spa
- You know the hotel environment, or maybe not
- You can easily communicate in English with our Clients
