Description Du PosteAssist the Commercial Director and the commercial attaché in all functions related to the organization of events and group rooms (leisure and corporate).
Principal Missions1. Management and commercial development
- Qualify requests, establish optimized quotes within 24 hours, and ensure negotiation until confirmation.
- Manage and develop group and event sales
- Optimize revenues (accommodation, catering, bar, event spaces, additional services)
- Assist the commercial attaché in follow-ups on event and group dossiers
2. Organization and coordination of events
- Design, plan, and coordinate internal events (meetings, seminars, parties, weddings, private events…).
- Ensure good communication between the hotel services and client follow-up before, during, and after the event
- Organize site visits and ensure a smooth client experience with the TRIBE discourse
3. Creation and communication
- Be a force of proposal to develop innovative concepts and experiences
- Create and update commercial and communication materials (factsheets, visuals, presentations)
- Participate in the promotion of the venue with partners
4. Administration and follow-up
- Ensure administrative follow-up: quotes, invoicing, reporting
- Keep commercial tools up to date and ensure consistency of internal and external communications
- Education:
Degree in hotel management, event management, marketing, or commercial training - Experience:
A first internship is a plus, preferably in a lifestyle hotel or event management.
