FUGA is a group founded in 2020 by Quentin Garreau de Labarre and Pierre Doublet. Their mission is to create places that allow you to "escape from Paris… in Paris", blending fine gastronomy, unique atmospheres, and lifestyle programming.
The adventure began with Laïa Voltaire, a hidden Mediterranean restaurant in a garden in the 11th arrondissement, set in an old distillery, with a rooftop vegetable garden. The menu features the South of France, Italy, and Spain.
In 2021, FUGA moved to the water with Francette, a three-story barge at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. An unbeatable view of Paris, a strong event offer… Modernized and colorful French cuisine.
In 2023, the opening of Riviera FUGA, still on the Seine, near Pont Alexandre III. A place with a Yacht Club 70's aesthetic, with fusion Italian-Japanese cuisine.
In May 2025, FUGA MONCEAU: a new complex near Parc Monceau that brings together all the DNA of FUGA with a touch of refinement typical of the 8th arrondissement:
- A Mediterranean restaurant-garden:
Laïa Monceau, a charcoal-grilled kitchen, a pizza oven for our "Laïazza", a confidential and sunny ambiance - A rooftop on the 12th floor with panoramic views of all of Paris
- Several event spaces: a retro-futuristic auditorium of 200 seats, a cooking workshop, a hybrid wine space: FUGA W
FUGA continues to develop with the same desire: to offer unique, unexpected experiences at the crossroads of cuisine, place, and time.

Within our commercial and event team, we are looking for our future trainee Event Project Managers. Are you passionate about food and dreaming of working in hospitality? This position is for you!
Your Missions
Within the event team, you will participate in the organization and coordination of events hosting groups of 20 to 250 people within Fuga venues.
- Receive and analyze client briefs
- Develop commercial proposals and quotes
- Negotiate offers in line with client needs
- Welcome and accompany clients during scouting visits
- Follow up and client relations throughout the project
- Operational coordination of the event with all stakeholders
- Booking and management of service providers (technical, animations, etc.)
Profile Sought
- You are very organized, rigorous, and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel
- You have a true commercial fiber and a good sense of negotiation
- You have excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills
- You enjoy working in teams and dynamic environments
- You are sensitive to the world of food, lifestyle, and events
- You love organizing events
