The Hôtel Montalembert, an intimate hotel in the heart of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district. Ideally located on the left bank, 5 minutes from Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Hôtel Montalembert, the first 5-star boutique hotel in the area, offers 50 rooms including 10 suites. Its golden stone facade overlooks the rue du Bac, in the heart of an art, fashion, and antiques district. Coordinate the activity of the restaurant staff, control the work of the teams while being able to intervene at each stage of the service. Ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of the service provided.

Convey the image of the hotel through exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, professionalism, and availability. Manage customer complaints and ensure the smooth functioning of the team.

• Welcome and customer service
• Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Ensure guests are comfortably settled and provide them with menus.
• Present the restaurant offerings.
• Advise guests on food and drink choices, answer their questions, and take their orders.
• Ensure quality service throughout the meal, attending to guests' needs.
• Supervision of the dining room team
• Supervise and coordinate the head waiter and dining room staff.
• Train and support new employees.
• Ensure the presentation, conduct, and exemplary behavior of the restaurant team.
• Promote and ensure a positive and motivating work climate for the team.
• Reservations and room organization
• Manage reservations and organize the seating plan according to needs.
• Check the setup of the room before each service.
• Communicate with the kitchen to ensure a smooth and seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the work spaces and service areas.
• Check the quality of dishes before serving.

• Support and train teams.
• Ensure the grooming standards of the team (Luxury attitude standards).
• Monitor the well-being at work of the team and report important information to the Assistant Manager of Catering or the Catering Manager.
• Apply and enforce the quality standards of the hotel and the B Signature group.

• Monitor daily attendance and compliance with current regulations.
• Conduct inventories.
• Responsible for their general pass.
• Ensure the proper application of internal procedures.

Maintain good relations with the team and with any other department of the hotel. Work in collaboration with the Assistant Catering Manager and the Catering Director.

Knowledge of the standards and procedures of the house. Mastery of hygiene and safety rules. Mastery of sales techniques. In-depth knowledge of reception, service, and work in the dining room. Excellent customer relations. Demonstrate adaptability to situations and be reactive and versatile. Master professional vocabulary and techniques of the department.

Employee contribution 5% per month. Free nights in hotels of the collection and advantageous restaurant rates. Experience at Montalembert offered (night, dinner, and breakfast for two people). Recruitment bonus (300€). Profit sharing. Continuous shift.
