Revenue Manager

In front of the Gare du Nord, you will find the 25hours Hotel Paris Terminus Nord, a true declaration of love to the dynamic spirit of this neighborhood. Local heroes of the neighborhood have inspired the interior decoration concept: a playful mix of colorful and vibrant street art murals decorate the common spaces. The rooms are peaceful havens inspired by Africa and Asia.

The NENI restaurant and the Sape Bar constitute the beating heart of the hotel.

As a revenue manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the hotel's global revenues for rooms, meetings and events, as well as for food and beverage outlets, through the implementation of effective pricing, distribution, and optimization of the customer mix strategies.

You will surpass your direct competitors by gaining market share through rational and competitive pricing, a distribution strategy supported by targeted marketing, and rigorous management of the hotel's inventory in order to maximize revenue and generate high net profits, adopting a Total Revenue Management approach that integrates all revenue sources.

You manage and supervise revenue management analysis functions to produce reports that support and evaluate the hotel's business strategies.

You provide advice and support sales and marketing initiatives aimed at meeting the hotel's needs. You produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set the hotel's objectives and exceed the competition. You demonstrate leadership qualities to guide the hotel team, such as the reactive sales team.

  • You coordinate with the front desk to maximize revenue through upsell and incentive sales programs.
  • You work with the Commercial Director to optimize the use of meeting spaces and maximize the revenue potential related to rooms, events, and catering.
  • You develop strong relationships with the heads of the Sales group, Sales catering, F&B, Reservations Manager, Director of Accommodation, and the hotel's service heads, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize bookings, overall profitability, and coordination between all departments.
  • You accompany the F&B teams to maximize the contribution of food and beverage outlets to the hotel's total revenue, by valuing synergies with rooms and events.
