Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years recruiting experience in a high-volume staffing agency environment (Any Technical staffing industry - IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.)
• Solid computer skills (MS Office)
• Great attitude, and a willingness to learn
• Consultative and professional sales/recruiting approach
