Human Resources Intern

Integrated within the Human Resources Department, you will support the HR Manager France Benelux & Monaco in the operational management of its missions. Principal missions:

• Recruitment:
  Manage recruitment autonomously (Publishing ads, screening CVs, telephone prequalifications, participation in interviews)
• Onboarding:
  Prepare the arrival of new employees and facilitate their integration within the company
• Participation in personnel administration (hiring files, offer letters, VIE program...)
• Preparation of newsletters and HR communication
• Participation in the development and organization of internal animation actions (division events, drafting organizational notes...)
• Participation in various HR projects, including the dematerialization of HR function files

Qualifications:

• Student of a business school or HR
• Excellent oral and written communication in French, and mastery of English
• Ability to work in a team and lead projects autonomously
• Good organizational capacity
• Force of proposal, curiosity
• Synthesis and analysis spirit
