The Position

The Human Resources team at Capza offers a mission within the framework of an internship contract.

You will participate in the life of the HR team whose mission is to manage the entire HR processes for the entire Group, in France and internationally (Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Germany), and more particularly, your contribution will focus on the following missions:

Support to the HR Service Activity:
  • Administration of personnel: management of onboardings, offboardings, follow-up of sick leaves, etc.
  • Updating HR tools, follow-up of medical visits, and general administrative support
  • Contribution to the recruitment and integration process of interns: definition of needs with the manager, publication of offers, sorting of CVs, pre-qualification interviews, follow-up of recruitment until its completion, integration...
  • Management of invoices
Training & Development of Skills
  • Participation in the follow-up of ongoing HR campaigns: training plan/development of skills, annual performance review, management of staff, etc.
  • Follow-up of the training plan: collection of needs, search for training organizations, management of registrations, and administrative follow-up
  • Preparation of training reports
Management & Analysis of HR Data & Reporting
  • Design and production of studies, dashboards, indicators, and analyses, follow-up of training and recruitment indicators for the provision of useful data for social dialogue and our ESG criteria
  • Help to improve the reliability of data in the different systems: regular follow-up of updates and/or corrections of data

You will also participate in:

  • Our internal communication actions as well as various internal projects: employer branding, newsletter writing, internal promotion devices, on team cohesion

Profile Sought
  • You are looking for an apprenticeship contract of at least 12 months, in Master 1 or 2 in Generalist Human Resources within a business school, IAE, or university and you wish to invest in a rich and formative mission, within an international environment.
  • Confidentiality and discretion are primary prerequisites to join the Human Resources team and take on the proposed missions.
  • You are autonomous in the management of your activities and projects and the sense of service and team spirit is a notion in which you particularly recognize yourself.
  • Moreover, you are recognized for your curiosity as well as your relational qualities that will allow you to exchange with various actors and interlocutors.
  • Doing a synthesis, you have a strong appetite for numbers and know how to interpret them.
  • Rigorous, proactive, agile, and curious, you possess solid analytical skills and you are also comfortable to exchange orally and in writing in English.
  • You are comfortable with the Office Pack, particularly Excel (daily use of formulas, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP).
  • You master English professionally (B2 level minimum), both in writing and speaking.

Contributions of the Apprenticeship

  • You will understand the different components of the generalist HR profession, particularly in the dimensions of Reporting and Administration of HR
  • You will develop direct relationships with employees and managers and will be expected to play an advisory role
  • You will develop project management skills
  • You will evolve in an international context
  • Accompanied and trained by the HR team throughout your experience, this apprenticeship will allow you to have an operational and strategic vision of a Human Resources department.
