Cheerz Dream Team HR Opportunity

Our Dream Team HR is composed of four passionate individuals who support all Cheerzers daily. Our mission? To ensure that every employee thrives and keeps smiling!

Reporting to Emma, our HR Director, and working closely with each team member, you will develop a comprehensive vision of HR:

• You participate in writing job ads that make people want to join us;
• You come up with original actions to promote Cheerz among students;
• You manage the recruitment of interns and trainees from start to finish;
• You will also help find the best candidates for our Factory during the Christmas rush.

• You contribute to creating a memorable integration experience for new Cheerzers, including organizing our "Cheerz Academy" (three days of training for new arrivals);
• You conduct follow-up points with students.

• You help bring our unique culture to life through internal events at the headquarters and Factory;
• You participate in organizing our company rituals (Kickstarter, All hands, annual seminars);
• You co-organize, with our CSR ambassadors, events to animate our monthly CSR roadmap (diversity, green, gender equality, well-being, etc.)

• You ensure our premises are always welcoming and functional;
• You come up with ideas to make our workplace inviting.

• You participate in tracking HR KPIs.

Throughout your internship, depending on your interests and development, you can also get involved in:

• Employer Brand: proposing innovative ideas to attract talent and modernize our processes;
• Staff Administration and Payroll;
• Continuous Improvement of our processes.

This list is not fixed: you will have the opportunity to fully own this generalist role and navigate between different topics according to your preferences.

You are pursuing a higher education in HR, and you have prior experience that has introduced you to the world of human resources, having already worked with HR tools (SIRH, ATS…).

Internship rhythm: 3 weeks/1 week or 4 days/1 day

including one day a week at the Factory (our plant in Gennevilliers)
