What will you do & learn?

A bit of everything! During an HR apprenticeship at Genesys, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager France in various HR and labor relations tasks. You'll learn about tasks related to the complete employee lifecycle. You'll be involved in setting up the economic and social database and preparing company agreements. As you progress, we'll broaden your tasks by giving you challenging assignments, to maximize your learning opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Supporting the onboarding process of new employees, including arranging necessary documents and taking part in the local induction programs.

• Acting as a point of contact for employees with HR-related queries.

• Contributing to HR administration, such as maintaining personnel records, processing changes, creating offer letters, employment agreements, benefit registration

• Assisting in coordinating and organizing HR workshops and events

• Contributing to employee well-being and team-building initiatives.

• Maintaining and updating HR Systems, incl. running reports

• Assisting with ad-hoc projects and HR-related tasks for the EMEA region.

What You'll Bring:

• You are in your 4th or 5th year of a Master's degree in human resources or labor law.

• You are fluent in both French and English (level C2).

• You are curious, motivated, and eager to learn and progress.

• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• You have good organizational and analytical mindset
