With the same demand for simplicity of use, Lydia Solutions launched Sumeria in 2024. Sumeria offers a range of online banking services for individuals.
Under the supervision of the Head of Human Resources, you will take charge of all HR missions with strong involvement in payroll management, recruitment, and the automation of HR processes. You are both an operational HR expert and a key player in our internal digital transformation.
Main Missions Payroll Management and Personnel Administration- Supervise and carry out the entire payroll process (collection of variables, control, validation, social declarations).
- Ensure compliance with social legislation and the applicable collective agreement.
- Manage personnel administration: contracts, amendments, entries/exits, absences, leave, files.
- Be the main contact for social organizations (URSSAF, funds, mutuals, payroll providers).
- Ensure social and regulatory monitoring.
- Collect and analyze recruitment needs from managers.
- Write and disseminate job offers, using AI tools to optimize targeting and attractiveness.
- Lead the entire recruitment process: sourcing, pre-selection, interviews, manager coordination.
- Accompany the integration of new employees (onboarding) through automated workflows.
- Contribute to the development of the employer brand.
- Integrate and exploit artificial intelligence tools to increase efficiency in payroll, recruitment, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for automation and propose continuous process improvements.
- Design and deploy automated workflows for HR processes (onboarding, absence tracking, regulatory reminders…).
- Advise managers and employees on common HR topics.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of HR processes.
- Produce HR reports and indicators (dashboards, social KPIs).
- Contribute to HR projects: training, QVT, social performance, etc.
- Higher education in Human Resources, social law, or equivalent.
- Confirmed experience in a versatile HR position with strong competence in payroll and recruitment, ideally in fintech or neobank.
- Excellent mastery of social legislation and payroll tools.
- Be a source of proposals for the improvement/simplification of HR processes and tool changes.
- Mastery of Notion, Teamtailor, Slack, and Front for daily HR operations.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple subjects in parallel.
- Proactivity and curiosity for new technologies.
