Position: Responsable RH / HR Business Partner (CDD)

Human Resources Team Member

We are looking for a new talent to join the Mercer Human Resources team.

This temporary position is based in La Défense. It is available between September 2026 and February 2027 (minimum).

As a true business partner and under the responsibility of the Lead HR Manager, you will support managers and their teams on daily human resources issues, implement HR policies and processes, and participate in projects.

We count on you to:

  • Support teams of managers and employees in their daily HR requests by providing advice and expertise; multisite scope of nearly 250 people.
  • Deploy and ensure the implementation of HR processes and tools within your scope: career management, compensation, performance evaluation, annual survey…
  • Act as an interface and collaborate with our shared service centers and centers of excellence (personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, training…).
  • Contribute to HR projects, local, European, and global.

Your profile:

  • You have solid first-hand experience (5 years) in Human Resources, ideally in a large international group.
  • Ideally, you have worked in a customer service center in life assurance or equivalent; you know the subjects related to working time at the hour.
  • You are passionate about your job and are versatile in HR management.
  • You are reliable and meticulous.
  • Fluent English is indispensable.
