Job Title
Your role will primarily be to recruit the best profiles for our clients. Your missions:
Accompagnement Des Clients- Definition of needs and the profile sought
- Recruitment strategy advice
- Development of client portfolio and loyalty
- Direct approach and hunting on Linked In and other jobboards
- Pre-qualification and evaluation interviews
- Presentation of candidates to clients and follow-up of processes
- From a BAC +5 education
- You have 3-4 years of experience as a recruiter in a firm
- Appetite for new technologies
- Good commercial skills and taste for challenge
- Excellent communication and ability to create links with clients and candidates
- Mastery of sourcing tools and direct approach techniques
- Strong autonomy and decision-making capacity
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Friendly
- Force of proposal
