We are looking for a Talent & People Manager to take charge of all operational HR issues for the group. Recruitment will be the priority of the position. In parallel, you will oversee HR operations, manage a small team, and help structure a modern, pragmatic, and field-oriented People function.
Your MissionBe the operational HR reference for Tigermilk and ensure a quality employee experience, from recruitment to departure.
Your role will be to attract the best talents, structure HR processes, and support managers in their daily activities.
Your Responsibilities1. Recruitment
- Supervise all group recruitments.
- Directly pilot the recruitment of managers and strategic profiles.
- Manage the Recruitment Officer and evolve our recruitment methods.
Our objective: recruit quickly, well, and retain our teams sustainably.
2. Personnel Administration & PayrollIn liaison with the HR Administration Manager, you will oversee all HR administrative operations.
You will be responsible for:
- Supervising personnel administration processes, from hiring to employee departure.
- Ensuring the quality of payroll processes in coordination with the HR Administration Manager, Operations, and CFO.
- Ensuring compliance and the proper execution of key HR processes.
- Pilot evaluation campaigns.
- Follow up on skills assessments and development plans.
- Identify potentials and support internal evolutions.
- Be regularly present in the restaurants to gauge team morale.
- Identify recurring HR issues and propose improvement actions.
- Ensure the proper application of the group's HR standards.
- Supervise the HR team and support their skill development.
- Structure HR tools and processes to support Tigermilk's growth.
- Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Experience in a high-growth operational environment (restaurant, hotel, retail, hospitality, or scale-up).
- Experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of personnel administration and payroll.
- Excellent mastery of operational recruitment and manager profiles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense for the field.
- Organization, rigor, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Autonomy, initiative, and the ability to propose solutions.
- Professional English.
