• Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support Human Resources Directors on their strategic and organizational changes.
• Offer innovative solutions to challenges related to transformation projects.
• Ensure the rigorous achievement and follow-up of the missions entrusted.
• Develop trusting relationships with clients to ensure their long-term loyalty.
• Design and propose high-value solutions by adopting a structured and methodical approach.
• Contribute to the development of the offer by participating in the writing of commercial proposals and the design of solutions adapted to the needs of clients.

You are recognized for your expertise and demonstrate:

• Ability to work in a team and interact with profiles of all levels (general managers, managers, employees) from different sectors of activity.
• Sensitivity to organizational HR consulting missions.
• Ability to follow up and achieve projects with rigor and efficiency.
• Marketing skills and the ability to create impactful visual presentations.

What we expect from you:

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a consulting firm, in transformation and change management.
• Dynamic and committed, you communicate easily, both orally and in writing, and have developed analytical and synthesis skills.
• Motivated by the development of the client relationship and teamwork.
• You are versatile and involved in developing and deepening your knowledge.
• Professional fluent English, both written and spoken, is indispensable.
• Mastery of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Comfortable with analytical tools.
• Knowledge of visual creation and animation tools (such as Klaxoon, Canva, Kahoot, etc.) is an asset.
