HR Partner
You are the preferred HR partner for employees and departments at the headquarters. You operate with responsibility over a scope of approximately 200 employees and support the Global HRBP Corporate Functions for international scopes (United States, Japan, China, Russia, and Slovakia) of about 50 employees.
Reported to the Global HR Business Partner Corporate Functions, you work closely with the Group HR Department (Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HRIS & Analytics).

Your main missions
1. Business partnering / support of managers and employees
Advise and support headquarters managers on all HR topics: organization, performance, skills development, mobility, and individual relations. In collaboration, when necessary, with business experts (Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HRIS & Analytics, Employee Relations).
Support organizational transformations, in close collaboration with Global HR Business Partners of Industrial Operations and Corporate Functions.
Contribute to the "life of the site" and to the animation of the network of "top managers" at headquarters.
2. Employee relations and compliance
Ensure the application of labor law and HR policies.
Manage relations with Employee Representative Bodies and ensure quality of social dialogue.
Prepare and lead meetings of the Social and Economic Committee and commissions (Safety, Health and Working Conditions, etc.) with the support of the Director of Employee Relations, present at headquarters.
3. HR development
Deploy annual HR campaigns and support managers (definition of objectives, performance reviews, career discussions and development, talent reviews and succession plans…).
Develop and pilot the training plan in alignment with strategic priorities and identified critical skills.
4. Recruitment
Support managers in defining their needs, advise on the approach strategy, conduct interviews, and propose compensation packages.
Lead the international VIE program.
5. Management
Supervise, support, and develop an HR Manager.
Organize and supervise HR administrative activities to ensure service quality.
Education & experience
Higher education in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent,
7 to 10 years of experience in a general HR role, ideally within a headquarters or a matrix environment,
Solid knowledge of social law and experience in employee relations,
Proficiency in professional French and English.
