Human Resources Intern
We are looking for a new talent to join our Human Resources team s position is based in La Défense. It is an internship position (1 or 2 years).
A key lever for transformation and employee engagement, training is a priority for Marsh. To enhance our effectiveness in developing the skills of our employees, we want to integrate an intern within our Learning & Development team.
This mission will offer you the opportunity to develop operational skills in training management and skills development and to understand the operational management of training within a large international group.
We count on you to:
Contribute and implement the marketing approach of our training offer France and Group:
- Contribute to the formalization and communication of our training catalog France and Group, our training paths and training processes.
- Accompany the Training Manager in the promotion and dissemination of the Group's digital training content (newsletter information on existing and new content, information workshops…).
- Propose actions to promote access and use of these digital training contents by all employees.
- Help analyze the usage data of our digital training contents.
Contribute to the follow-up of the deployment of training projects and the management of the training activity France:
- Collaborate in the implementation of training actions in connection with the different internal (HR team, managers, employees) and external (outsourcing provider and training organizations, OPCO, Transition Pro) stakeholders.
- Ensure the administrative and logistical follow-up of training actions.
- Assign the training modules of our Learning Management System (LMS) to employees.
- Help with the monitoring of activity indicators reports.
Act as an interlocutor for our employees:
- Be the interlocutor for employees on recurring training-related questions.
- Help design information and communication materials.
- Implement the deployment of communication actions on training programs (CPF, CEP, VAE workshops, etc…)
What we expect from you:
- You are enrolled in a Master's degree in Human Resources (level Bac+4/5) and ideally have previous experience in HR development.
- Good level of English is desired.
- Good skills in Excel (dynamic cross table, V lookup,…), PowerPoint and Teams.
