The HR Manager will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

  • Recruitment and staffing support and strategies
  • Process Unemployment claims
  • Coaching/Counseling

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in conducting interviews is preferred
  • Previous experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and is customer service oriented with a sincere, helpful, caring and friendly personality
  • Expertise with:
    Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Power Point
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent HR experience
