Our client is one of the nation's fastest-growing wealth management firms and is making a significant investment in the future of Talent Acquisition. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, this newly created leadership role offers the rare opportunity to build and lead a modern Talent Acquisition function from the ground up. Rather than inheriting an established recruiting organization, this individual will create the strategy, infrastructure, technology, processes, and recruiting capabilities that will support the firm's next phase of growth.

In addition to leading enterprise recruiting, this leader will help shape the organization's long‑term talent strategy by developing scalable recruiting programs that strengthen advisor capacity, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives. • Build and lead a scalable Talent Acquisition function supporting enterprise hiring and recruiting.
• Develop recruiting strategy, infrastructure, processes, metrics, and best practices.
• Partner with executive leadership on recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and organizational growth.
• Lead the firm's recruiting strategy, building long‑term talent pipelines and capacity.
• Optimize recruiting technology, reporting, analytics, and AI‑enabled recruiting solutions.
• Personally lead high‑priority searches across corporate and advisor‑facing functions.
• Develop and mentor a growing recruiting team while creating an exceptional candidate experience.

• 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
• Experience building or significantly scaling a Talent Acquisition function.
• Success leading recruiting within high‑growth, multi‑site organizations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on recruiting execution.
• Background within wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, or other professional services environments is strongly preferred.
• Passion for leveraging technology, AI, and process improvement to modernize recruiting.

A competitive compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate, including base salary and performance‑based bonus. Compensation will be calibrated to reflect the scope and leadership expectations of the role.
