Médecins Sans Frontières, an international humanitarian medical association created in 1971, provides medical assistance to populations whose lives are threatened, primarily in cases of armed conflicts, but also in epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, or exclusion from healthcare.
Position available for support to the HR Coordinator for field employees at headquarters and assistance to the HR Field Division (team of 9 HR + 3 interns) in its daily mission and management of files within its scope.
Main Responsibilities- Support the coordinator on substantive issues
- Provide support to the team on contractual and payroll aspects:
- Establish employment contracts (DPAE, CPAM detachments, Administrative Openings)
- Enter payroll variables (reimbursements, deductions, absences, etc…)
- Establish all account balances
- Enter and follow up on sick leaves (follow-up on IJSS reimbursements) and prevision files
- Send insurance listings and respond to employees on questions related to their health coverage
- Participate in the drafting of certain HR communications for employees
- Update and follow up on the list of occupational health services. This list is not exhaustive and may evolve.
Education:
HR Assistant level BAC + 2/3 in alternating studies
- Basic knowledge of personnel administration
- Knowledge of the working environment through a first job or internships in companies
Skills:
- Good knowledge of social legislation and basic payroll techniques.
- Proficiency with office and digital tools,
Languages:
French and English (B1)
- Interest in humanitarian action
- Good writing skills
- Organizational skills, responsiveness, and rigor
- Team spirit
- Technical curiosity
- Ability to quickly gain skills on new tools.
- Alternating contract of one or two years depending on the level of studies (apprenticeship or professionalization according to profile).
- Preferred schedule: open, to be discussed according to the training schedule and service needs.
- Position based in Paris. Please include school schedules with the application.
- Remuneration from 43% to 100% of the SMC according to age and level of studies.
- Complementary health insurance covered 100% by MSF.

- 50% coverage of public transport subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual) or bicycle mileage allowance (0.25€ per km, limited to 450€ per year).
