• Participate in the definition of the company's recruitment strategy,
• Write and disseminate job offers on various recruitment platforms,
• Pre-select candidates and conduct recruitment interviews,
• Evaluate the skills and abilities of candidates,
• Participate in the final decision-making and integration of new employees,
• Ensure the integration follow-up of new employees,
• Participate in the management of international mobility and expatriates of employees,
• Collaborate with HR teams for the evaluation of HR policies and the animation of the HR Lab,
• Participate in legal and social awareness,
• Participate in the management of labor procedures.

• You have a Bachelor's degree +3/4 and wish to prepare an MBA (M1) in Human Resources Management at our school,
• Good knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools,
• Fluency in English, a second foreign language would be a plus,
• Good knowledge of computer tools (Office Pack, ATS, etc.),
• Analytical and synthesis skills,
• Interpersonal skills and team work sense,
• Diligence, organization and autonomy.
