Job Title

Under the responsibility of the Head of Human Resources Development and in collaboration with the HR team, you will contribute to the implementation of Recruitment Policies, Career Management, Skills Development, and service development projects.

Your main duties are as follows:

• Contribute to the implementation of the recruitment process for both Directions, relations with schools and partners
• Provide support concerning the planning of events, communication, and reporting
• In collaboration with the Training Manager, implement and deploy the Skills Development Plan, organize training sessions (reporting, follow-up of actions, financial and administrative management, OPCO relations, registration …), participate in the internship campaign (relations with schools and OPCO, management of cerfas…)
• Contribute to the establishment and follow-up of HR Development projects (Agreements, Diversity, BDSE, Social Dialogue …)
• Participate in working groups
• Contribute to the realization of cross-functional activities of the HR Development Service
• Participate in the realization of notes, tools, reports, studies, or projects
