Position: Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)

Dura Plas, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support full‑cycle recruiting at our facilities in Addison, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in fast‑paced, high-volume industrial environments—preferably within plastic injection molding or similar manufacturing/warehousing settings. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong ethical judgment, and a passion for identifying and onboarding top talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for exempt and non‑exempt positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job fairs, community outreach, online platforms, and local partnerships.
  • Conduct interviews and where needed, provide language support throughout the hiring process as needed.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates and guidance on recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with company standards, employment laws, and ethical practices.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics, candidate status, and hiring progress.
  • Participate in onboarding and facilitate new employee orientation ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain record compliance, documentation and uphold confidentiality at all times.
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with applicants, employees, schools/universities, and community partners.
  • Support employee engagement efforts.
  • Assist the HR team in all projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing or similar environment with high hourly workforce volume required.
  • Experience in plastic injection molding or similar industries is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong ethical judgment with the ability to discern and appropriately redirect others.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and follow‑through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Office environment primarily requiring occasional floor presence and interaction with production teams.
  • Occasional extended hours to support 24/7 operations may be required.
