Contract Recruiter – Dallas, TX
Location: Dallas, TX
Type: Fully Onsite | Contract Opportunity (Potential for Conversion)
Pay: $24.00 - $29.50/hour
Our client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support operational hiring initiatives and serve as a key partner to hiring managers across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing full‑cycle recruiting efforts, identifying top talent, and helping improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a collaborative team environment while supporting critical hiring needs across multiple business areas.
Responsibilities- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of operational and corporate positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through networking, educational institutions, professional organizations, referral sources, and other recruiting channels
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives
- Support improvements to recruiting systems, processes, and workflows
- Compile recruiting metrics and generate reports to support hiring decisions
- Provide guidance regarding employment policies, procedures, and recruiting best practices
- Deliver recruiting‑related communications and training to managers and employees
- Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Stay current on employment laws, talent acquisition trends, and industry best practices
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with full‑cycle recruiting
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Corporate or internal recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience supporting operational, field, or high‑volume hiring
- Experience with recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Flexible and adaptable
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to support multiple hiring needs simultaneously
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment
- Collaborative and service‑focused mindset
