Salary Range: $70k - $80k Annually

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders—consult on talent needs, workforce trends, and recruiting best practices.
• Build strong partnerships with HRBPs and business leaders to align hiring plans with organizational priorities.
• Influence and educate stakeholders on talent market dynamics and data‑driven recruiting strategies.
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from individual contributors to senior‑level hires, across multiple departments.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top, diverse talent through proactive networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 3–5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or high‑growth environment
• Experience recruiting for Creative & Marketing roles
• Data‑driven mindset with comfort using ATS and recruiting analytics
