Entrada Partners seeks a Director of Human Resources to own HR across its three entities—acquisitions, management, and construction. The role reports to the Partners with one direct report and is onsite in Addison, TX, Monday–Thursday, with Fridays WFH optional.
Lead recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and policy compliance across all offices. You will manage payroll, benefits, leaves, and employee relations while acting as a trusted advisor to leaders.
