Base Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annually

Annual Incentive: 10% AIP

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity in Addison, TX. This hybrid position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals, with a strong focus on clinical and provider-level roles.

The Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist will independently manage high-priority searches, develop targeted sourcing strategies, conduct proactive candidate outreach, and build sustainable talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.

, thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and is comfortable using cold outreach and relationship-driven recruiting strategies to identify and engage qualified clinical talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, provider, and other healthcare positions from initial sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and provider-level clinical roles.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines to support immediate and future staffing needs.
  • Conduct proactive outreach and cold calling to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clinical candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and organizational leadership to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and site-specific staffing needs.
  • Review and screen a high volume of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate experience, qualifications, career goals, and overall fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders for review and selection.
  • Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the interview, offer, negotiation, relocation, and acceptance process.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
  • Track candidate activity, recruiting progress, and hiring status accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Meet established recruiting metrics, staffing goals, placement targets, and hiring deadlines.
  • Match clinicians' skills, experience, and qualifications with specific organizational and site needs.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clinical professionals to support future hiring initiatives.
  • Effectively manage multiple open positions, competing priorities, and time-sensitive recruitment needs.
  • Maintain accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and quality throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Perform additional recruiting and talent acquisition responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare or clinical recruiting experience
    .
  • Demonstrated success recruiting clinicians, providers, or other healthcare professionals.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify qualified candidates.
  • Strong experience with cold calling, direct sourcing, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and organizational leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive recruiting goals, hiring deadlines, and placement targets.
  • Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
