About the RoleColleen Rothschild Beauty, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) beauty and skincare brand, is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead daily operations, optimization, and performance across its Shopify, Amazon, and Tik Tok Shop platforms.
This role blends hands-on site execution, merchandising, performance monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination. It is ideal for someone who thrives in both day-to-day platform management and higher-level ownership of ecommerce initiatives that drive meaningful revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDTC Store Management & Optimization (Shopify / Tik Tok Shop)
- Manage day-to-day operations, functionality, and merchandising of Shopify and Tik Tok Shop storefronts
- Oversee setup, maintenance, and optimization of key site pages (homepage, collections, product pages, landing pages)
- Execute day-to-day updates using the Shopify Store 2.0 theme editor (no custom Liquid development required)
- Update site banners, product features, and content in alignment with marketing campaigns
- Ensure pixel tracking, affiliate platforms, and influencer tracking systems are properly configured
- Conduct A/B tests, iterate UX improvements, and drive optimizations for usability, conversion, and revenue
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Triple Whale, Hotjar) to inform data-driven improvements
- Manage ecommerce tech stack budget and oversee platform apps, vendors, and monthly fees
Product Management & Merchandising
- Maintain and update Shopify product catalogs with accurate details, imagery, pricing, and promotional copy
- Optimize product pages for conversion through strong merchandising, storytelling, and customer-centric layouts
- Manage Google Shopping feed accuracy
SEO & On-Page Optimization
- Implement and maintain SEO best practices across titles, metadata, alt tags, and site content
- Regularly audit and optimize content for organic visibility
Inventory Monitoring & Demand Forecasting (DTC)
- Monitor inventory levels on Shopify
- Partner with Operations to proactively plan reorder strategies for launches, promotions, and seasonal demand
Apps, Integrations & Tech Management
- Oversee Shopify and Tik Tok Shop app integrations
- Troubleshoot integration and technical issues as needed
Website Performance, UX & CRO
- Partner with web development resources on technical projects and new feature development
- Optimize site speed, mobile performance, and UX based on customer behavior insights
Marketing Campaign Support
- Build and update Shopify and Tik Tok Shop assets for seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, and Influencer teams to ensure alignment with campaign storytelling
Sales Performance & KPI Tracking
- Monitor core KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, and traffic
- Analyze attribution across email, paid media, influencer campaigns, and organic channels
- Deliver campaign and promotion performance recaps highlighting wins and opportunities
Compliance & Security
- Maintain compliance with ADA, GDPR/CCPA, and platform security standards
- Manage access permissions across ecommerce platforms
Checkout Optimization
- Monitor and optimize checkout flows, payment options, and user experience to maximize conversion
- Troubleshoot issues contributing to abandoned carts

- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify Plus storefronts
- Strong understanding of ecommerce UX, conversion optimization, and digital merchandising
- Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Shopping, and affiliate/influencer tracking systems
- Highly analytical with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing ecommerce initiatives cross-functionally, from intake through QA and launch
- Proven ability to prioritize work across teams and keep initiatives moving smoothly
- Collaborative partner who works well with Marketing, Operations, Creative, and external vendors
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and excited to contribute to brand growth
- Experience supporting DTC brands in beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle categories
- Light knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid for minor troubleshooting and edits
