Objective Of Role
This role will ensure our release management processes adhere to Enterprise Change Management Standards and continue to adapt to the new and evolving toolsets as part of delivering our Cyber Security application solutions.
Job DescriptionMust Have Technical/Functional Skills
Key responsibilities include working with the project team to understand release requirements, documenting the releases in the Release Manager tool and shepherding releases through the change process using BMC Remedy.
Communication with the technical change review boards and adherence to the change governance standards are necessary.
This role will require a detail oriented person who will also be a key player helping our area adopt to new release management related toolsets and processes.

Primary Skill:
Change Managers Key
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick learner and self‑starter with ability to work independently
- Work with project team to understand release requirements, coordinate details of release and ensure all approvals are gathered
- Adherence to Enterprise Change Management Standards using key toolsets including JIRA, Release Manager and BMC Remedy
- Excellent time management skills / ability to prioritize tasks / efficient worker
- Strong analytical skills / problem solving / conceptual thinking
- Ability to understand existing processes and communicate and train others in their adherence
- Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, etc)
- Document processes, procedures and workflows associated with applications.
- Detailed oriented with ability to quickly understand and follow the defined Enterprise Change Process for release readiness and delivery
- Strong communication skills with ability to drive processes across organization.
- JIRA and BMC Remedy knowledge
