The Role

Clear Technologies is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to build and own the pipeline that fuels growth for both our enterprise IT solutions practice and Visual One Intelligence®, our proprietary Hybrid Fin Ops™ and IT Operations Management platform. This is a hands‑on execution role — not a strategy‑only seat. You will own the programs, run the campaigns, manage the tools, and be accountable for the results.

What You’ll Own

Hub Spot ownership
:
You are the go‑to person for Hub Spot. That means on day one, you will manage how leads are captured, scored, and tracked through lifecycle stages. You will build workflows, track campaign performance, keep the data clean, and create dashboards so sales and leadership can clearly see pipeline health and marketing ROI.

Sole lead generation responsibility
:
You are responsible for generating leads right away. This includes running inbound and outbound campaigns across email, Linked In, webinars, and events. You will target specific decision‑makers like IT Directors, VPs, and finance leaders, and build pipeline for the Visual One Intelligence® product using messaging tied to Hybrid Fin Ops™. And you will use ongoing sales feedback to continuously refine your targeting and approach.

Campaign execution
:
You will create and manage campaigns from start to finish; again, right away. This includes building assets like landing pages, working with internal teams and agencies, launching campaigns, optimizing them, and reporting on performance metrics like cost per lead, lead quality, and conversions. You are expected to use the data to improve results.

Experience Requirements
  • Proven Hub Spot expertise where you've built workflows, scored leads, and reported on campaign performance, not just received a certificate or badge.
  • 3–5 years of B2B lead generation or demand generation experience;
    SaaS or enterprise technology preferred.
  • Track record of measurable pipeline results: more qualified leads, better conversion rates, faster follow‑up.
  • Strong analytical instincts where you can identify what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it.
  • Experience working alongside a sales team and understanding what makes a lead actually useful to them.
  • Excellent written communication skills; you can write a compelling subject line and a clear performance summary.
  • Organized, self‑directed, and comfortable managing multiple programs simultaneously.
