We are seeking a hands‑on AI Enablement Engineer / AI Solutions Analyst to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the business. This role sits at the intersection of business process, applied AI, and developer tools, helping teams move from ideas to working AI solutions.
This person acts as a builder, coach, and technical guide, working side‑by‑side with software developers, citizen builders, and business teams to teach, co‑build, or directly build AI solutions where appropriate. The ideal candidate is both technically capable and business‑minded, comfortable explaining AI concepts to non‑technical users, and motivated to foster a culture of practical, responsible AI use across the organization.
Key Responsibilities AI Enablement & Co‑Build Support- Own AI Enablement and AI use‑case intake and triage process, ensuring ideas are framed, evaluated, and moved through a structured pipeline.
- Partner with business and technical teams to understand real‑world problems and identify where AI, automation, or copilots/agents can add value.
- Coach and teach users to build their own AI solutions, including copilots and automations.
- Co‑build solutions with teams when helpful, or directly build solutions when speed, complexity, or scale requires it.
- Provide hands‑on support to unblock teams that get “stuck” after initial progress (debugging, design guidance, prompt strategy, architecture).
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio (agents, topics, actions, connectors)
- Power Platform integrations (Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs)
- Other AI Tools and Platforms (Git Hub Copilot, etc.)
- Help design AI solutions that balance flexibility (agents) with determinism (workflows and tooling).
- Guide teams on appropriate use of AI vs. traditional automation.
- Support teams using modern AI‑powered development tools such as:
- VS Code / Git Hub Copilot
- API‑driven and low‑code/no‑code solutions
- Prompting and iteration.
- AI‑assisted testing and automation.
- Measure adoption and impact, tracking usage, engagement, outcomes, and “AI spotlights” to support continuous improvement and value realization.
- Help productize AI‑assisted development, supporting repeatable methods and standards so AI‑built or AI‑assisted software meets operability and security expectations.
- Strengthen customer insight loops by enabling AI‑supported consolidation and distillation of customer signals into actionable product and solution priorities.
- Identify and scale reusable AI patterns (templates, agents, prompt libraries, process maps) across teams to reduce reinvention and increase learning velocity.
- Drive adoption and enablement through training, playbooks, and community/champions engagement to scale practical usage across global offices/employees.
- Act as a teacher and trainer, delivering short sessions, demos, and working examples.
- Proactively engage teams that are under‑utilizing AI tools and help them get started.
- Promote safe, effective, and value‑driven AI usage across the organization.
- Help shift AI initiatives from “experimentation” into real, usable production solutions.
- Stay current with AI trends, especially:
- Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
- Agentic AI patterns
- Enterprise AI governance and risk
- Deliver cross‑training for from internal Guides and Best‑Practices.
- Experience supporting “citizen builders” or internal enablement programs.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, document management, etc.).
- Background in process improvement, automation, or solution architecture.
- Exposure to responsible AI, AI risk, or governance frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud computing (Azure), on‑premises, and hybrid systems.
- Knowledge of code languages, e.g. C#, Python, Java, Power Shell.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Dev Ops life cycles.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation.
- Ability to work with highly technical individuals.
