Overview
This role will ensure our release management processes adhere to Enterprise Change Management Standards and continue to adapt to the new and evolving toolsets as part of delivering our Cyber Security application solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the project team to understand release requirements, document releases in the Release Manager tool, and shepherd releases through the change process using BMC Remedy.
- Communicate with technical change review boards and adhere to change governance standards.
- Help the area adopt new release management related toolsets and processes.
Works as a team member or across multiple teams, under supervision from a more senior domain expert.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick learner and self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Work with project team to understand release requirements, coordinate release details, and ensure all approvals are gathered.
- Adherence to Enterprise Change Management Standards using key toolsets including JIRA, Release Manager, and BMC Remedy.
- Excellent time management skills/ability to prioritize tasks/efficient worker.
- Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking.
- Ability to understand existing processes and communicate and train others in their adherence.
- Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications.
Minimum 8+ years.
Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor of Computer Science.
