Marketing Project Manager

Project and Program Comms Lead- AI and Marketing – Marketing will support Hilton’s Marketing Technology & Enablement team in executing and scaling enterprise AI pilot initiatives. This contractor role is responsible for coordinating cross‑functional AI pilots, managing operating rhythms, synthesising insights, and delivering executive‑ready communications that translate AI activity into clear business impact.

This role focuses on program management, stakeholder coordination, storytelling, and progress tracking across multiple AI pilot work streams.

• Manage day‑to‑day execution of multiple AI pilot work streams, including timelines, dependencies, and decision tracking
• Collect updates from workstream owners and produce concise weekly summaries and executive‑level readouts
• Develop presentations, status reports, talking points, and narrative materials for senior leadership
• Track pilot goals, milestones, performance measures, issues, and risks
• Synthesize trends, themes, and insights across pilots to inform scaling and adoption decisions
• Draft and coordinate communications across marketing, technology, and business stakeholders
• Prepare agendas, pre‑reads, meeting notes, action logs, and follow‑up materials for key forums
• Operate independently in ambiguous environments and proactively drive work forward
• Structured program‑management cadence and tracking tools for AI pilots
• Executive‑ready presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials
• Clear storytelling connecting pilot outcomes to strategic business goals
• Centralized repository of decisions, updates, and working materials
• Cross‑pilot trend and insight summaries to support scale recommendations
• Stakeholder communications and meeting outputs that improve alignment and execution speed

• Significant experience in program or project management, marketing operations, consulting, communications, or Chief‑of‑Staff–type roles
• Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives, digital transformation programs, or complex cross‑functional work
• Strong presentation development and storytelling skills; ability to turn rough inputs into polished executive materials
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills (qualitative and quantitative)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in ambiguous environments
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience using collaboration and project tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Asana, , Airtable, or similar)

• Experience in hospitality, travel, loyalty, or global consumer brands
• Experience supporting senior executives, steering committees, or transformation offices
• Working knowledge of enterprise AI use cases, pilot lifecycle management, and change management
• Ability to identify adoption signals and business process impacts
• Experience with light research, trend analysis, or market scanning
• Familiarity with basic data visualization or dashboarding
