Senior Data Analyst (Machine Learning/Automation) – Full‑time Contract (Open Ended).
Location:
Dallas, TX. Applicants from Addison, TX.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data scientists to identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases.
- Understand business use cases/functionality and recommend and develop appropriate solution in Azure ML platform.
- Develop, maintain, and improve the CI/CD framework for large scale model testing, evaluation, and optimization.
- Assist with process development for document based and web‑based data extraction and natural language processing (NLP).
- Participate in researching large language models (LLMs) and its applications for data.
- Develop novel solutions for automation using AI/ML technology and other new advancements in the field.
- Use data technology skills to gather and understand large data sets.
- Present summarized procedures, results, and business recommendations.
- Mentor new hires in the team and provide guidance on associated projects.
- Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy procedures and meeting QMS and ISMS objectives.
- All employees have a professional duty to provide any information related to security issues, incidents or situations that present a potential security risk to the ISO Team, Management or their Supervisor.
- Other tasks and projects as directed by management.
- Graduate degree (Master's or above) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Applied Statistics or related quantitative field from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience.
- Year work experience specific to model development and deployment in Azure ML platform (CI/CD).
- Years of work experience related to Data Science or and/or engineering preferred.
- Work experience with at least one of the following areas of ML: computer vision, semantic analysis, document processing and/or speech analysis.
- Proficient in Azure ML Studio functionalities, MLOps pipeline and computational programming (Python, C++ etc.).
- Well versed with API management and integration with data sources in Azure ML.
- Exposure to related Azure Services such as Azure AI, Data Factory etc. preferred.
- Experience in supervised & unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, time series forecasting, Bayesian statistics, and optimization.
- Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets.
- Ability to interpret data and iterate approaches to identify best ML solutions.
- Demonstrate ownership and responsibility of projects with adequate research skills.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and development of problem‑solving skills.
- Desire to succeed and assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay Range*: 118,000k. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
