Job Description & How to Apply Below

Overview:

SPOTIO was founded in 2014 and is a privately held company based in Addison, Texas. We are known as a leading field sales engagement platform that helps thousands of sales professionals worldwide increase activity, grow their pipeline, provide visibility, and crush sales goals. SPOTIO is consistently ranked a Leader in the G2 Grid for Field Sales and named one of Dallas‑Fort Worth's Best Places to Work by the Dallas Business Journal in 2025 and five times overall.

The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to own product strategy and execution across our web app and native mobile apps (iOS and Android). You’ll partner closely with Design, Engineering, AI/Data, Sales, and Customer Success to turn complex field‑sales workflows and AI capabilities into shippable, measurable product outcomes.

This is a high‑impact role on a product‑led team. Your decisions will directly influence how thousands of sales professionals plan their day, capture customer information, and act on AI‑driven insights in the field.

What You’ll Do
  • Own end-to-end product delivery for features across SPOTIO’s web platform and mobile apps — from discovery and problem definition through launch, iteration, and impact measurement.
  • Drive AI‑first product thinking by identifying where ML, predictive insights, and generative AI can meaningfully improve the rep and manager experience — and shaping how those capabilities show up in the product.
  • Define and prioritize the roadmap for your area, balancing customer needs, business goals, technical investment, and AI experimentation against clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Write crisp specs and PRDs that articulate the problem, user, success metrics, scope, and edge cases — and keep them living documents as you learn.
  • Partner deeply with Design and Engineering throughout discovery, design, build, and launch — making fast, well‑reasoned trade‑offs as new information surfaces.
  • Talk to customers constantly — sales reps, managers, and admins — through interviews, ride‑alongs, support tickets, and product analytics to ground every decision in real behavior.
  • Define and track success metrics using product analytics, A/B tests, and qualitative feedback; communicate results clearly to the company.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Support on launches, enablement, and feedback loops.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company, ideally B2B and/or B2C, with shipped work across both web and mobile.
  • A strong track record of outcomes — you can point to specific products or features you’ve owned, the decisions you made, and the measurable impact you drove.
  • Native mobile product fluency with a clear understanding of the differences between designing and shipping for iOS, Android, and responsive web.
  • Experience shipping AI‑driven features such as recommendations, predictive scoring, generative interfaces, smart automation, or LLM‑powered workflows — and a point of view on how to evaluate and improve them.
  • Leveraging Claude to work as your assistant
  • Comfort with data — SQL, product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar), and experimentation — to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Strong product sense and user empathy — you sweat the details, push for simplicity, and balance long‑term vision with shipping value every sprint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to align engineers, designers, executives, and customers around a shared plan.
  • A collaborative, pragmatic approach — you partner well with Design and Engineering, give and receive feedback gracefully, and lead through influence, not authority.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in outside sales, field service, CRM, or other complex B2B workflow tools.
  • Familiarity with LLM‑based product patterns (chat, agents, copilots, in‑context assistance) and how to evaluate them in production.
  • Background working with offline‑capable or location‑aware mobile apps.
  • Technical background — CS degree, engineering experience, or comfort reading code and reasoning about system trade‑offs.
  • Experience growing a product from early stage through scale.
