Product Manager (Webex)

Job Description:
" Lead the development and growth of Webex with Telecommunication solutions with a strategic and execution-focused mindset
" Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
" Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Webex with Telecommunication offerings
" Drive feature prioritization using user feedback, market trends, and product analytics
" Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and third-party vendors to deliver high-impact products
" Monitor product performance and continuously optimize user experience and product financials, including profitability
" Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
" Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in Webex, SaaS, or collaboration tools
" Deep understanding of hosted voice, UCaaS, and the Webex ecosystem
" Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
" Desired experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS

Experience with product analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI
"

Experience with product management for web services and digital platforms
" Total experience required: 8 10 years
