As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.

You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As the Network Delivery and Implementation (NDI) Training and Onboarding Program Manager, you will own the training and onboarding programs within NDI. You will accelerate the readiness of new hires within Google's global network infrastructure team. You will own and drive a program designed to enable new hires to achieve independent network deployment capabilities quickly, consistently, and safely. You will have a blend of program management expertise, technical understanding of network deployment, and a passion for continuous improvement.

You will work cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders and leveraging tools and automation to enhance the onboarding and upskilling experience, ultimately contributing to faster and more efficient network delivery.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
