Data Scientist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong core data science expertise with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining data-driven solutions. Candidates with additional full stack development experience will be considered a strong plus, as the role involves close collaboration with engineering teams to deliver end-to-end analytical products.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and statistical solutions.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using best practices.
• Build and deploy scalable data science solutions into production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings effectively.
• Contribute to end-to-end solution development, including backend APIs or frontend interfaces (if full stack experience is available).
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, AI/ML, and software development technologies.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.

• Full stack development experience (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Java, or similar technologies).
• Experience building APIs or deploying ML models into production environments.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or MLOps frameworks.
