KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Service Now, E&T to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Service Now solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and oversee the development and customization of Service Now applications and workflows
  • Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions within the Service Now platform to enhance automation, improve decision-making, and optimize service delivery
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering skills, growth, and collaboration, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications
  • Manage the lifecycle of Service Now modules, ensuring efficient and effective operation, and conduct technical reviews of design, code, and implementation to maintain high-quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Service Now functionality and performance, and troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Service Now platform
  • Stay updated with the latest Service Now features and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency, and communicate effectively with business units and stakeholders, providing training and support to enhance Service Now adoption and utilization
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent professional experience leading Service Now projects
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • Proven track record for leading Service Now projects and teams
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AJAX
  • Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
