The Senior IT Director, Global Infrastructure & Operations, serves as the enterprise's senior operational leader responsible for the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of CECO Environmental's global technology foundation. This role oversees global infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity operations, service management, and IT operations across all regions, ensuring secure, reliable, scalable, and cost‑effective services that enable CECO's business growth and global footprint delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Acting as the VP of IT's primary operational partner, this leader drives execution excellence, modernization, and global standardization across a diverse technology landscape. The Senior IT Director ensures that CECO's hybrid cloud environment, global networks, collaboration platforms, and service operations meet the needs of a complex, multinational manufacturing organization while maintaining a strong security and compliance posture. Working closely with the VP of IT, executive leadership, business stakeholders and other IT leaders, this role translates business strategy, growth initiatives, and M&A activity into modern, standardized, and resilient IT services.
