Dev Ops Project Manager
As a Dev Ops project manager, you will lead application projects in a Dev Ops and Agile dynamic by ensuring the link between technical teams, business teams, and external partners. You will be involved in deployment of infrastructure, containerization, and automation of production.
Project Management Dev Ops- Lead technical projects related to production (planning, resources, constraints, budget).
- Coordinate application and infrastructure deployments (releases, CI/CD, production rollouts).
- Lead project follow-up committees with business and IT teams.
- Analyze business needs, technical constraints, and existing tools.
- Validate technical architectures with a run-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Anticipate technology obsolescence and propose solutions aligned with roadmaps.
- Ensure build to run.
- Define and produce monitoring metrics and performance indicators (KPI).
- Supervise capacity management and performance.
- Support development teams in the use of cloud platforms and continuous integration.
- Keep technical documentation and production procedures up to date.
- Develop runbooks for support teams.
- Formalize best practices and ensure transfer of skills to operational teams.
Your profile
Technical Skills- Proven experience in Dev Ops project management and cloud environments.
- Mastery of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform).
- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab CI, Jenkins, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes…).
- Experience with planning, project management, and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to rally project teams.
- Analytical, synthesizing, rigorous, and priority-oriented mindset.
- Ability to structure and lead complex projects in hybrid environments.
Experience level: 7 years minimum
Languages:
Professional French and English required
