You contribute to high-stakes missions: strategic framing, definition of data & AI trajectories, governance, program transformation pilotage, and change management.

Within the SBT Hub, the strategy does not stop at recommendations: we design and deploy concrete, industrializable solutions that truly transform client practices and uses.

Your new challenges for this position

Your mission will be to accompany clients in the piloting and deployment of transformation projects, Data, and AI.

Accompany clients in the implementation of project devices and the conception and implementation of MVPs;

Accompany Data & AI projects from the framing phase to production;

Understand standard project methodologies (V-cycle, Scrum SAFe, Lean, Hybrids...) and specific ones (Dev Ops, MLOps, CRISP-DM) ;

Follow the project schedule while ensuring the right balance (cost, quality, deadline) ;

Ensure communication and governance with the different stakeholders (vision, progress, budget, risks, problems) ;

As an intrapreneur at Onepoint, you will contribute to internal projects around the development and strengthening of Data and AI project management offers for our clients, the recruitment of new talents, commercial development by participating in responses to calls for tenders or publishing articles.

Your profile and the expertise you wish to develop

You are a graduate of a business school or engineering school

You have between 2 and 8 years of experience, including significant experience in consulting

You know the issues of Data (BI, Analytics, data management, etc.) and AI (IAgen - NLP, ML, RPA, etc.), and you have the ability to interact with experts in the architecture, development, and deployment of solutions and algorithms.

You are proficient in English

You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, a notion rooted in the DNA of Onepoint

Our recruitment process:

First exchange: discovery of your background and professional project (duration: 30 min)

Second interview with an Associate or Leader*: focus on the state of mind and evaluation of know-how (duration: 1 hour)

Third interview with a Leader or Leader + Associate*: test on skills with potentially a case study (duration: 1 hour)

Fourth interview with a Leader or Partner*: validation of your integration and fit with the group culture + sharing of current missions. (duration: 1 hour)
