Microsoft 365 User Support Role

You will support the use of Microsoft 365 by helping users choose the most suitable solutions. You will act as a liaison between users, technical teams, support, and change management teams to ensure consistent and secure use of M365 services.

• Analyze user needs and direct them to the most appropriate M365 solution
• Ensure governance rules are respected by helping users and support teams understand and apply them
• Communicate changes related to Microsoft 365 services to users and support teams

• Participate in license management: allocation, usage tracking, and resource optimization
• Update repositories and documentation: license tracking, process schemas, information guide
• Produce usage reports, especially for licenses, to help manage the activity
• Improve support request processing by identifying irritants, recurring requests, and areas for improvement

• Monitor M365 developments and conduct vigilance meetings with relevant teams
• Analyze and test new features to evaluate their added value, impacts, and deployment constraints
• Participate in the coordination of M365 projects with the Application Manager, business units, and technical teams

• Good knowledge of the M365 environment:
  Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Outlook, Exchange Online, Forms, Planner, Excel
• Understanding of PowerBI and Power Platform usage
• Notions on Entra , identity, and access management
• Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools, especially Excel

• Service orientation and user focus
• Listening and needs analysis skills
• Clear oral and written communication
• Organization and rigor
• Teaching ability and diplomacy

Experience level: 4 – 10 years

Languages:

Professional French and English required
