Within the Human Resources Department, join the SIRH team composed of 3 people. You will learn to work on all modules of our Workday SIRH (Core HR, recruitment, training, talent, absences …). You will support the HR teams in expressing their functional needs, in solving anomalies and will be at the heart of the continuous improvement of the tool.

We will support you in your skill development through the following missions:

1. Continuous Improvement & Configuration of the Tool

- Collaborate on the configuration of functional evolutions and on the collection of needs from HR teams

- Participate in the tests and validation of new developed functionalities.

- Propose improvements aimed at optimizing the efficiency and ergonomics of the tool.

2. User Support

- Assist end users in the daily use of the SIRH.

- Manage support tickets (via Jira) and resolve the technical-functional incidents reported.

3. Change Management

- Contribute to the writing of user documentation (practical sheet, mod op) and training supports.

- Animation of workshops and weekly meetings with HR teams.

4. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

- Identify and correct anomalies and bugs detected on all modules.

- Contribute to the implementation of preventive actions to ensure continuity of service.

5. Technological Watch:

- Carry out a watch on technological evolutions in the field of SIRH.

- Propose recommendations to modernize and improve the SIRH tool.

With a higher education degree from a business school, engineering school or equivalent university, you are looking for an internship starting from September 2025 for your master’s degree in the field of SIRH, consulting in AMOA or project management.

You speak English fluently (B2 level).
