Job Title

This job post is looking for a professional with extensive experience in SFMC and/or Marketing Automation (Adobe, Oracle, Hub Spot …).

The ideal candidate should have expertise in all SFMC Studios/Builders, a strong command of AMPScript, and proficiency in SQL/API REST. A good understanding of web culture and knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM) are also required. Sensitivity to best practices is a plus, and SFMC certification would be beneficial. Fluency in English is mandatory.

The main responsibilities include:

• Leading workshops on campaign design and automation (design thinking, brainstorming, …)
• Writing functional specifications (user stories, workflow, journey mapping, …)
• Writing technical specifications (data model, integration architecture, data migration…)
• Managing UAT/SIT processes
• Managing IP warming processes
• Managing data migration processes
• Managing and supervising the effective implementation of campaigns and automation (Setup, Build, Run)
• Configuring SFMC in accordance with best practices: BU, users, defining and leading IP warming campaigns,…
• Defining the data model, configuring data and audiences
• Data migration, creating automation with Automation Studio
• Integration/Connection with other information systems via API/ETL
• Implementation of AMPScript and Content Builder
• Configuration, testing, and deployment of campaigns/automation
• Design and development of Marketing Cloud connectors
• Testing the developed code and updating the associated documentation
