We intervene at the heart of the decisions of general, business and IT directions to transform operating models, processes and management modes, making AI a concrete lever for sustainable performance.

You contribute to high-stakes missions: strategic framing, definition of data & AI trajectories, governance, pilotage of transformation programs and change management;

Within the SBT Hub, the strategy does not stop at recommendations: we design and deploy concrete, industrializable solutions that really transform client practices and uses.

Onepoint invests heavily in the upskilling of its consultants, particularly on the issues of generative and agentic AI, applied to real, industrializable and differentiating use cases.

Your new challenges for this position:

To support our growth within this collective of expertise in the transformation of business functions, we are recruiting a consultant in the transformation of HR functions.

You intervene, among other things, on the following missions:

  • In advance of projects:

    • Carry out the audit and diagnosis of HR processes and SIRH. Carry out the audit of payroll and GTA compliance. Identify, map and model target processes

    • Define the target SIRH blueprint and trajectory (functional and technical architecture, business priorities and needs, project business plan and run)

    • Assist in the choice (drafting of specifications, management of the call for tenders, presentations, evaluation of offers, assistance in the contractualization)

    • Participate in the definition of the change management strategy

  • During the project phase:

    • Pilot and frame the deployment projects of SIRH solutions (administrative management, payroll and GTA)

    • Assistance to the client on all project phases (conception, acceptance, bascule and deployment, technical workshops)

    • Accompany the implementation of the change management and communication plan

  • After the project:

    • Assist clients in the deployment and run phase

    • Set up assistance and support devices for target populations (end users, employees, managers…)

Your profile and the expertise you wish to develop:

  • You are a graduate of a top business school or engineering school or a leading training program.

  • You have one or more successful first experiences (2 to 8 years) in a consulting firm or within human resources departments in the definition and implementation of HR function transformation projects.

  • You have a mastery of payroll and/or GTA solutions on the market (HR Access, Pléiades, ADP, Cegedim, SAP, Cegid, Horoquartz, Bodet, Asys, Nexpublica)

  • You have writing and oral expression skills, in French as well as in English.

  • Independent, dynamic, a force of proposal, with an ability to develop your sectoral, business and solution expertise, you wish to invest in the development of a new offer.
