You will work within the IT departments of our clients and participate in defining the technological strategy of the company and ensuring its operational implementation.

• Participate in defining the technological strategy of the company and ensure its operational implementation
• Develop and evolve IT applications and solution architectures in collaboration with product, data, and infrastructure teams
• Lead a team of developers (recruitment, mentoring, organization), foster their skill development, and ensure the quality of deliverables
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of platforms
• Conduct technological foresight to anticipate developments, particularly around AI and data

• Up to 10 years of experience in software development, ideally with an AI/data science component to broaden perspectives
• You have previously led a technical team or played a reference role (Lead Dev, Senior +)
• You easily navigate in an agile environment, you know how to make technical decisions and guide architectural choices
• You are passionate about technological innovation, product creation with a strong impact, and AI

• Excellent mastery of Python and modern frameworks (React)
• Very good knowledge of distributed architectures, cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and Dev Ops principles
• Ability to make technical choices, structure a roadmap, and ensure rigorous project management
