Techno Spheris, a company created in 2007 by IT experts specializing in cash management and payments, offers a suite of services and solutions for cash management, payment, and banking communication tailored to client needs.

Techno Spheris supports companies and banks in their projects and process management through four lines of activity:

• Integration: deployments of Payment Factory solutions, banking connectivity, business solutions, and treasury
• Functional expertise: audit of finance business processes, proposal of methods, change management
• Consulting: audit of information security compliance ISO
  19011, implementation and improvement of Information Systems Management (ISO
  27001, PCI-DSS, RGS...), risk management of fraud, and strengthening of critical processes
• Proximity support: assistance, curative and evolutionary maintenance

Today, Techno Spheris brings together around twenty employees. Techno Spheris is a company composed exclusively of experts: experts in treasury management and banking communication, certified consultants SAGE FRP Treasury, consultants experts certified X3 Finance or in AMOA payment means.

In the context of our integration activity, you will be responsible for accompanying the realization of projects and the implementation of Sage software.

You will ensure client satisfaction on your:

• Mastery of the presentation of our partners' products to the client
• Contribution to the establishment of the project plan, to the definition and deployment of methodologies and indicators
• Participation in the coordination of all concerned resources (internal MOE, publisher, integrator)
• Assistance to clients in the deployment of one or more functional modules of their management system and on the configuration of the solution
• Establishment of regular reports to your project manager on the functional discrepancies observed.
• Response to technical and/or organizational issues of clients and propose solutions to improve the client's information system.
• Transfer of your necessary skills to the use of the solution by the client. Training of client users.
• Provide technical assistance on the tests and recipes of the solution to the use of Sage at clients and remotely
• Follow-up of production
• Writing specifications and associated user process manuals

• Bac +5 and 3/10 years of successful experience as an IT Consultant (MOA, AMOA, MOE) or experience in production management
• You know the ERP SAGE X3 and the modules Purchases, Sales, Stock and Supply Chain.
• The field of finance is not unknown to you.
• Your ability to conceptualize and your speed of structuring will allow you to quickly identify needs.
• Your pedagogy, your sense of service, your pragmatism and your taste for teamwork are key skills in the success of your client services.
• You are rigorous and reliable, you are recognized for good written and oral expression skills.
• You are mobile; the position based in Paris requires frequent travel throughout the national territory and possibly internationally. Professional English required.
