ProfilYou have technological know-how and extensive knowledge of digital e-commerce.
You possess technical and functional knowledge of the applications and services in place.
You master all the issues of an e-commerce project (ideally on solutions such as Magento(2), hybris, Oracle Commerce, Demandware or specific developments) or with an omni-channel dimension.
You are familiar with development methods, standards, and tools.
You keep a functional eye on the architectures and different layers of an application or e-commerce project.
A good understanding of the environment and functioning of the company is evident to you.
Your previous experiences have given you mastery of project/team management and leadership.
A commercial fiber and support for change appear inseparable from operational management to you.
You are immersed in the Devops philosophy and all forms of agility are no secret to you.
MissionsPilot large digital and omni-channel projects (e-commerce, content management, repositories (PIM, DAM, RCU), etc.)
Advise clients on their web and e-commerce issues
Supervise the completion and progress of projects under the responsibility of Clever Age.
Control and ensure the quality of developments and deliverables
Ensure the link between the client, solution publishers, and technical teams
Animate and deliver exchanges of technical specifications
Model the functional needs expressed by the client
Ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.
Provide operational expertise to profiles in charge of project management
Manage, animate, and anticipate the workload of a team on several different projects
Ensure the direction of several simultaneous affairs / supervise projects
Respond to calls for tenders, participate in the development of the activity
Perform operational interventions; training, expression of client needs
Define and implement project follow-up and quality measures.
Part of the follow-up on budgets, their coherence, and defend them with the client
