We are looking for a consultant AMOA for one of our clients in the Energy & Utilities sector.

• Conduct workshops with the business and the integrator, proposing the most appropriate application solutions for identified use cases
• Learn and master the business processes related to the French liberalized energy market
• Learn and master the functionalities of the client's product suite for GRDs in order to become the functional expert of the installed product(s) at the client you manage
• Conduct framing workshops to collect needs
• Analyze client needs and translate them into functional specifications
• Participate in/supervise the implementation of the client's products
• Manage priorities and assist the project manager in maintaining the schedule and objectives
• Participate actively in non-regression tests and accompany users in executing the functional recipe
• Participate in the follow-up of the different teams in charge of integration
• Control the quality of deliverables
• Perform configurations, operating modes, training materials, and support to the client
• Inform and train your client
• Ensure daily client satisfaction
• Provide regular reporting to the project manager and escalate alerts

• BAC+5
• +3 years as an AMOA
• Participation in software implementation projects
• Analytical mind, methodical and rigorous
• Good communicator with a client orientation
• Team player, showing initiative
• Ability to adapt to various IT tools to ensure the technical definition of data (SQL) and interfaces (Web services)
